Service

SimpleSmartRadio (simplesmartradio.com) is a directory of publicly available internet radio streams. We provide search and discovery; the audio itself is delivered by third-party station operators. We do not host, re-encode, proxy, or rebroadcast audio.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-query the site beyond the rate limit (60 requests/min/IP).
• Do not attempt to circumvent ads, consent banners, or security controls.
• Do not use the site to distribute malware or to phish.

Public API

The JSON API at api.simplesmartradio.com is currently free to use for non-commercial and small-commercial projects. No API key is required. The catalog is built on open public data (radio-browser.info + Icecast YP) and is made available as-is, no warranty. Attribution appreciated but not required.

Broadcasting rights

Broadcasting rights for each stream are the responsibility of the station operator. Trademarks, station names, and logos belong to their respective owners. If you are a rights holder and believe a stream should be removed, use our report form.

Availability

Service is provided on a best-effort basis. No uptime commitment. Station streams themselves can go offline at any time; we surface a “unavailable” state when we detect that.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SimpleSmartRadio disclaims all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
